Unified Translators (UT) Rules and Regulations

I. General assumptions

1. This agreement is between UT and a website user.
2. UT does not take part in negotiations between translators and outsourcers.
3. UT is not responsible for services provided by translators and agencies.
4. Users of UT are responsible for username and password received to access their accounts.

II. Informal Rules

1. Users should provide truthful personal information where required.
2. Project information should be detailed and adequate to translation services provided by translators.
3. Translators should provide complete projects on time and with professionalism.
4. Subscribers may not disclose to anyone or anywhere information about projects and jobs provided on Unifiedtranslators.com including project providers' contact information.
5. In case, the rules stated above are violated, please contact us at info@Unifiedtranslators.com immediately.

III. Registration and Financial Responsibility

1. Registration at Unifiedtranslators.com is free. Features of the website allowing translators and agencies to contact clients require annual fee according to rates stated on Unifiedtranslators.com website.
2. Annual fee should be paid via our secure payment system provided by WorldPay. In order to purchase full membership, users are required to register and follow instructions displayed after users logon to their accounts.
3. Users become full members once Unifiedtranslators.com receives the payment. Users will receive order confirmation from WorldPay via email once the payment is approved.
4. There are no annual fees for outsourcers (recruitment agencies). Only translators, translation agencies and clients are required to purchase full membership in order to take full advantage of Unifiedtranslators.com website.

IV. Regulations

1. UT reserves the right to revoke a user's membership without warning when illegal activities are observed or if a user does not follow Unifiedtranslators.com rules and regulations.
2. The email and other personal information provided by users are used to provide contact between translators and outsourcers. UT respects privacy of users and pledges to protect all provided information against misuse.
3. The User is giving his/her consent to personal data processing by the UT, presented during registration of the account, related with services rendering. The User declares that, he/she is well acquainted that he/she has the right to inspect and to correct its personal data. UT is committing itself to keep secret the data concerning the User the User declares that he/she has acquainted with the present agreement and he/she is committing himself to its observance, at the same time.
